Formatting Standards

  • Abstract Guidelines: 250–350 words. Must include Title, Author(s), Affiliation, Objectives, Methodology, Findings, and 3–5 Keywords.
  • Full Paper Guidelines: 3000–5000 words. Format: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing, APA 7th Edition.
  • Submission Format: File formats accepted: .doc.docx, or .pdf.
  • File Naming Convention: ICSF2026_YourFullName_Abstract/Full Paper.

⚠️ Peer Review Policy: All submissions undergo a rigorous peer review process. If an abstract fails to meet benchmarks, you will get one opportunity to resubmit. Continuous failure results in rejection and a full registration refund. Presenters have 20 minutes for screen sharing during live presentations.
